Balance

Balancing our lives is important.

To help build balance in our lives and relationships, each day we attempt to remember to develop personal relationships with people other than our partners.

Engage in acts of enjoyment, education, rest, creativity, spiritual involvement, and play.

Becoming compulsive about recovery (“twelve steps in twelve days, how hard can it be”) does not make us sober and healthy; it merely substitutes another compulsion.
